This blog is a medium by which Pierre van Bolderen, an experienced architect (and a qualified building engineer), and a former teacher at the french Clermont-Ferrand School of Architecture,  expresses his thoughts and ideas about, and his memories of the art of Architecture.

The personal life experience is a crucial source, as one can notice by one-selves. Objectivity must not be searched, subjectivity reigns! Still, one can discover, and maybe  even learn something, although the author is aware that what is good for him is not necessary good for the reader.
